Born in Lisbon in 1982. He trained as a cook at the Faro School of Hospitality and Tourism and did internships at Vila Vita and Vila Joya, where he took his first steps as a professional chef, later working at Santa Eulália. However, he yearned for more than the borders of Portugal.
He has been a chef in France, Brazil and Macau and returned to the Algarve to build his own restaurant in Tavira, À Mesa, where he intends to continue to grow and showcase his signature cuisine.
